The newly released national ratio by CDC states that one in 88 chidlren (one in 54 boys) comes as no surprise to us.  Our mission is  to assist companies  to provide specialized quality services for the Autism Community. Although Autism Spectrum Disorders falls into the category of lifelong disability, we have witnessed that if we were to invest in the professional development of those providing services to our community and intervene timely,  many Autistic individuals can overcome their disability and  live independent, productive lives.

Programs include:

1. Caregiver Orientation Training: Personal and Professional Conduct - 

This training is for any employees with or without  experience in the field of care giving or service providers -  full time or part time workers, college students, relatives of the family etc. This is depth review of the expectations they would have to meet and the challenges they might face caring for the ASD individual. This Module   is essential for every newly hired caregive or service provider.

2. Autism Spectrum Disorders: Understanding Autism Spectrum Disorder and Providing Services for the ASD individual. 

About 80% of  existing or new consumers  have ASD as their main or as part of complex diagnosis. This training  covers everything  providesr need to know about the condition of the person they will provide services for, including practical advice about undesirable, unfortunate and unforseen situations and the best way to prevent, avoid, diminish  or dismiss them. This Module  is careted  for all providers- Respite, Habilitation and Attendant Care, Day Program etc.

3. Individual Educational Plans: Goals & Working on Objectives: Effecitve Strategies Overview for Habilitation Specialists , teachers and special needs teachers.

This module introduces professionals to various  successsful strategies they can implement to provide effective Habilitation, create teaching strategies and plans and aproaches to assist with the transference and/or inclussion of the special student into the mainstream classroom.
